The cinema center "Garsas" is the oldest cinema in Lithuania, it is a member of the international association of Europa Cinemas and CICAE. The main activities are the screening of films, as well as conducting film education, distributing European films in Lithuania, organizing various film events, meetings with creative groups, and organizing the international film festival "European Cinema, both day and night".
