CICUE was founded to promote the development of the concept of Europe, through the realization of activities dedicated to youth population, with the objective to develop their awareness as a person and as citizens, and facilitate their active participation into society, but also to promote the knowledge of different cultures, with the objective to overcome prejudices and stereotypes. Activities were realized in fields as youth mobility, education, information, guidance, activities of sociocultural promotion and support.
