Siddharta is a social co-operative with the main purpose to promote action that can help people in need (immigrants, elder people, invalid, disabled, unemployed, minors ecc..). For this reason Siddharta deals with: Child Educational Community management. Senior care homes management. Social relations development between no profit organization, public body and citizens. Vocational Internship and training course for social care. Since his purpose is to deal with social problem Siddharta work closely with NGO’s, voluntary and public organization in order to create social support to citizens that need help. Infact Siddharta has skills in psychological and vocational matter to deal with this problem, and it organize training courses on Stress Management, Team Working, Partenthood Support, Pet Terapy for childhood and Social assistance care for elder and young people. This type of actions are often undertake with school, educational community and resting home. Siddharta is affiliated with the association “Acli di Benevento” to stay connected with the needs and the problems of the community and to solve it with solution that comes from the citizens and that are supported from the social co-operative and public institution. In this way Siddharta try always to create engaged citizenship to support the social relationship that maintain the community and society alive. The association “Acli di Benevento” provides also to Siddharta international network promoting community service. To fully complete the task Siddharta develop skills in managing and organizing social service like senior care homes and child educational community. So it has skills in training social workers and child educator, accounting and fiscal matters, establishes work relationship with public body like schools and involve border community with common and social actions.
