Descrizione:
Ciessevi is the coordinating organization of the project. It will be the link between EACEA and all the partners and it will take care to inform and keep updated the partners all along the project and to promote the communication between partners, including mediation in case of conflicts. Furthermore, Ciessevi will monitor the project development (objectives' achievement, project plan, tasks and timing) and coordinate the mid-term and the final evaluations. All partners jointly collaborate on the project activities by organizing and implementing the transnational meetings, facilitating communication between their local networks, involving volunteers, building a common calendar for the Event, organizing local activities for the local events, establishing common evaluations and materials, writing the final report and providing materials for the Handbook and agreeing on strategies for dissemination of project results. In between the transnational meetings each partner will be responsible for the local activities work plan that will be shared via the web platform and discussed during the meetings. Difficulties and unexpected situations will also be dealt with and not swept under the carpet. All partners are equal contributors, they will share common responsibilities and are qualified to do so: they have proved to be good communicators in getting the application underway, shown enthusiasm in the topics and issues, are in a positive position to work on the topics and are open to learning from and understanding other (European) contexts, due to their involvement in European networks. The project meets the following EU priorities: • Giving citizen the opportunity to interact and participate in constructing a tighter-knit Europe, which is democratic and world-oriented, united and enriched by its cultural diversity • Enhancing tolerance and mutual understanding between European citizens, respecting and promoting cultural and linguistic diversity, while contributing to intercultural dialogue • Collect the opinion of citizens on some key European challenges for the future. • Create mechanisms that allow European citizens to develop civic competences, to formulate their views and opinions on the European integration process in the form of recommendations for policy makers at European level • Increasing awareness, understanding and enjoyment of the values, rights and opportunities created by the EU.
