Association was established with the socio-humanitarian, educational and democratic purpose, in order to develop human resources and development of the community, conducting surveys and market studies, advice, guidance and training. Association aims to carry out the following main activities: programs for sustainable development, environmental protection and management, organization of training courses, seminars, conferences, public debates, supporting school and adult population for to understand and to appreciate themselves, to develop appropriate plans and career training, support people of all ages to meet and to integrate the labor market; advising and counseling; developing programs and partnership with public authorities; conducting surveys and market studies; support adult population by activities of counseling, guidance and training; assistance in implementing European funded projects.
ADES has the mission to promote the meeting and the exchange of European actors and ideas, to contribute to social and economic development of the territory putting non-profit sector in front of business partners and local, national and international authorities.
