I present briefly the Foundation:The Foundation is a Non-profit that operates on the territory of the municipality of Naples. The Foundation of the historic center of Naples made on March 8, 2010, was created with the aim of promoting the culture of gift in order to improve the quality of life in the territory of the historic center of Naples. The Foundation wants to become the meeting place for those who want to give and those who need help in a different and new logic of the common good so that the Community territory is an active and involved in processes of change and development. A process made up of small, concrete steps next to people who live on the territory. The mission of the initiative is to help to find a sense of belonging to a single, though composite Community. The mission is declinable in a dream: a community in which everyone participates in the common good. In this actyvities, the Foundation promotes greater awareness of the needs and opportunities in the area, strengthens the sense of belonging and social cohesion, increases the capacity of communities to resolve their own problems, the ability to intercept the active will of making donation not a sacrifice but an opportunity to assert their humanity and creates the conditions so that donors can fully understand and experience the benefits they have done to their community.
