ISAS - Institute of Service and Social Assistence is a Cooperative Society that has been working for over forty years in the area of Cosenza, acting in three disti ntive branches and promoting educational training according to the different life phases: youth, adulhood and old age. COSP: the Centre of Educational and Vocational Guidance has been the most experienced guidance centre in the area since 1970. Its aim is to help young people in their way through the successive and different stages of school: from lower to upper secondary school and to university so that the choices regarding their future life as well as their school career would be appropiate to their aptitudes and expectations. The Social Training (branch) works in the training and updating of social jobs as well as in the planning and running of individual welfare services. UNITER - the University of Third Age (is the branch that) for over thirty years has been promoting old age and supporting the sharing of interests by means of training courses and events so that dreams are revived and old age is seen like a work in progress phase of life.
