1- Each partner country sets up a participative process (national sessions) with at least 40 participants; 2) Reports from each national session constitute the starting point for the debate of a group of delegates coming from each partner country to the leading partner city (transnational session);3) The final phase of the project is the presentation of the outcomes, harmonized in a single report, to European Institutions.
