Foreda Tuscana is an association for the Education of Adults, registered at the Court of Florence in 2003 with the No. 7393 and recognized by the Region of Tuscany (code FI0792) and in the specific field of Adult Education (code 2EDA0079).The purposes of the association are the diffusion, development of activities and actions for life long learning, in collaboration with the actors in the region and national.To achieve its objectives, Foreda, in turn, has partnered with Mountain Communities, Municipalities, Schools, Research Centres and Universities, the CTP for the Education of Adults, CRED and other public and private Entities with which it shares its aims.In recent years it has paid particular attention to teacher training and intercultural issues and immigration. For this Foreda Toscana has organized literacy classes and job placement for children and families of immigrants.
